Authentic Account History Report
A genuine report from your bank or credit union contains specific details that are difficult to replicate convincingly.
- Bank or institution name and official logo appear in the header, exactly as they print on statements and official correspondence.
- Account number is partially masked or redacted, showing only the last four digits (example: ***7834), never the full account number unless the report is being used internally.
- Report date and statement period are clearly marked. The date should match when you're checking it, not a document from months or years ago.
- Transaction summary shows opening balance, deposits, withdrawals, and closing balance with consistent formatting and alignment.
- Official disclaimer footer includes the bank's address, customer service number, and language about document authenticity.
- No grammatical errors, misspellings, or awkward phrasing typical of rushed or amateur document creation.
